What he is trying to say is that you need to be all you can be! You can never choose the right. There are to many evil things out there in the world. never feel pressured to walk away from the situation whether it be embarrassing or not. Stand up for what you believe for and never let others pick on you for that! Mr. Drucker is a good choose the right person judging him by his quote. If you ever want to be a good person you need to see the truth to everything. If you just see the bad, you will most likely be evil. But if you see good, you will be a courageous and responsible respectable person! CTR!!!

What this quote means is that you need to believe in what you stand for, you cannot let others step on you! You need to stand up for your beliefs and and not let others make you change that. You don't need to be a follower, you can be a leader. Who cares if you are a leader of yourself, and have no followers. All you need to be is a very good leader and do the right thing. What I mean by the right thing is have courage, be trustworthy, kind, honest, respectful, and responsible.
