I think this means that even one person can do so many things. As much as a person such as ten. So this quote means that you have nothing wrong to accomplish, but ond succeed! So instaed of if someone by themselves, they can consider themselves as ten times what they are comparing. So no matter how weak you think you are on the outside, you are strong and mighty on the inside!
