What this means is that you cannot have one without the other. It is like the food chain. If you mess with one of the categories it will disrupt the others as well. In other words, the cannot be without each other! Success depends on effort, and effort depends on success. And without any. you cannot have either. So you better do both so you have effort to succeed.
