What this quote is trying to say is that no matter what terrible things you have done, it is all about your character. An example would be a bad man that committed a ton of crimes. He has done the worst things ever. Well, it all relies upon himself, if he does good all that can change. So if you are doing bad change that, if you are doing good, keep up the good work ! CTR!
