What this quote means is that you should always do the right thing. You cannot do anything without concentrating. Without concentrating your mind will be all over the place. And without your mind, you cannot accomplish anything. So, concentrate. An example would be a student slacking off in class. The student is not concentrating, so that is why he slacks off. So, remember to concentrate and choose the right!
